The Client found us through a Google search. He had a broken pipe in his basement.

When we arrived to the Client's home, we walked through to assess the damage, with the Clients. We explained to the homeowners how our remediation plan would be handled. They were relieved to learn we could work and bill directly their insurance company, Liberty Mutual.

Our team started immediately. We set up dehumidifiers, air filters and air movers throughout the home to start the drying out process. We closed off the affected area, bagged all their salvageable content and moved it to an unaffected area of their home. We removed, bagged and disposed of all affected materials. The Clients were thrill to have their house completely dried in 3 days.
