The Client contacted us through a Google search. There was a broken pipe from his water filtration system which caused water damage to his home.

When we arrived within the hour to the Client's home, we did a walk-through assessment with the homeowners. We sat with the homeowners and discussed our remediation plan. The homeowners anxieties were relieved when they learned we could work and bill their insurance company, Travelers Insurance, directly.


Our team started immediately. They set up dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, air filters and air movers throughout the affected areas. They sealed
off the affected areas. The boxed and stored the homeowners unaffected content and stored it in an unaffected area of their home.

Our team removed, bagged and disposed of all damaged material. We had our equipment on-site for 5 days, till the house was completely dried out.
