Why did the customer contact us?
The customer contacted us. There was smoke and soot damage from his fireplace backing up. We told him that our goal is to make things convenient for him, we would work so we can get his property back to normal operations as soon as possible.

When we arrived onsite, we assessed the damages with the homeowner. We discussed with them our remediation plan and that we have a NO SMOKE ODOR GUARANTEE!
Our smoke cleanup crew started immediately. They used specialized equipment and chemicals to penetrate cracks and crevices to neutralize and remove smoke and soot odors.
The customer was pleased that his property is fully restored and that we could work directly with his insurance company, Plymouth Rock.
