Why did the customer contact us?
The customer contacted us. There was a frozen pipe burst in the master bathroom and leaked to the floor below.
Solutions provided:
When we arrived at the residence, we assessed the damage. We packed all the customer's content that was not affected and stored it in an unaffected area of the house. We sealed off all rooms that were affected. We used dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, air filters and air movers throughout the home.
The customer was pleased that we were able to work directly with their insurance company, The Hartford Group.
