Why did the customer contact us?
Customer contacted us, they had a pipe burst in the bathroom and water went everywhere, including the floor below.
Solutions provided:
When we got to the residence, we started the water removal process.
We assessed the damage. We placed dehumidifiers, air scrubbers throughout the house. We packed up the homeowner's content in the affected areas and put them in storage.
We sealed off the affected areas, removed all the wet drywall and flooring.
We worked directly with their insurance company, Travelers Insurance making sure all the required insurance billing codes are correct. They were thrilled they did not have to pay out-of-pocket for more than their deductible.
