Why did the customer contact us?

The customer called due to a fire in her Franklin stove in basement. It caused smoke, soot and fire extinguisher damage throughout the house.

Solutions provided:

We assessed the damage. Brought in Ozone generators and Hydroxyl generators to clean the odor and remove soot. We placed air scrubbers and air filters throughout the home.

We cleaned and removed the odor and soot.

The homeowner was pleased that we were able to work directly with their insurance company, Homesite.
