Why did the customer contact us?
The customer called asking for assistance with a frozen pipe that burst, causing damage to his finished basement of his home.
Solutions provided:
When we got there, we set up dehumidifiers, air movers and air scrubbers.
We removed the content and plastic wrapped furniture in the affected areas. We removed all affected walls and ceilings.
We cleaned and cut out the affected walls and ceilings. Cleaned and treated the affected areas with an antimicrobial solution.
We also worked with his insurance company, FMI making sure the claim was closed out.
