Customer contacted us regarding a pipe bursting causing damage to her family room, living room, foyer and storage room.
Solutions provided:
When we got there, we realized it was more than just the rooms she thought were affected.
We packed up the contents in the affected areas. Covered exposed furniture with plastic. Contained the areas with plastic.
We extracted all the water by placing dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and air movers to dry out the areas.
We cut out the affected walls and ceilings. Cleaned and treated the affected areas with an antimicrobial solution.
We also worked with the insurance company directly. It was State Farms. We were able to help the homeowner with all the details.
