  • Comment: Last month we found out that our dear friend Kevin had passed away in his house, which had gone undetected for approximately a month. We called PDQ restoration on a Sunday and they immediately took control of our problem. They told us that they would handle everything from their end and contacted the insurance company on our behalf. They literally couldn’t have made a terrible situation. Any easier for us? I genuinely felt like I was dealing with family members Who were concerned, With our well-being from the start. Throughout the entire process, they updated us and were completely sensitive. to the situation we were faced with. I honestly can’t imagine having gone through this with any other company. I never felt like we were a customer but more like a partner in rectifying this project I can Unequivocally recommend them to anyone who has any need for their services.
