• Comment: I seriously cannot recommend PDQ Restoration enough. Although I had the misfortune of needing PDQ's expertise two times within 6 months from two separate unrelated water leaks, I was fortunate enough to have used PDQ for my sink leak and then mold restoration. From the very first call, they were extremely responsive and immediately made me feel at ease during what was honestly a very stressful time. Having to live out of my house during the second remediation felt overwhelming, but they handled everything with so much professionalism and care that it made a huge difference.
  
  David and Donny were phenomenal to work with. They always had answers to my questions, constantly communicated with me about the progress of the work, and never once made me feel out of the loop. No matter when I called, they always answered or got back to me right away, which gave me so much peace of mind.
  
  What really impressed me was how efficient and thorough they were. It only took them two days to fully remediate my basement, and they handled all the packing and protection of my belongings. They made sure all of my valuables were carefully covered and protected — even on the floor above the mold issue — so I never had to worry about my things being damaged. On top of that, they took care of all the insurance paperwork for me, which was a lifesaver when I already felt like I had too much on my plate.
  
  PDQ Restoration truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for the care, communication, and quality of work they provided. 5++++ stars!!!
