The cause of the fire had not yet been determined, so PDQ inspected the affected areas in Sparta, NJ, and evaluated the odor conditions. The fire report was still being awaited at the time of the assessment.
PDQ addressed the smoke odor using standard fire and smoke restoration procedures appropriate for the affected areas. Odor conditions were monitored, and we can address any additional cleaning or treatment needs once the fire report and further site information are available. The Sparta, NJ apartment was left prepared for continued restoration as needed.
