Jennifer R. reached out to PDQ following a leak from the water line connected to the dishwasher at her Morris Plains, NJ home. The water traveled into the floor and continued through to the ceiling of the floor below, requiring both areas to be inspected. PDQ assessed the affected materials and surrounding areas to identify the extent of the moisture intrusion.
Our team performed water mitigation and placed professional drying equipment in the affected areas to help remove remaining moisture. Follow-up moisture monitoring was completed to confirm that the flooring and ceiling were drying properly. After the affected areas reached appropriate moisture levels, the Morris Plains, NJ property was prepared for the remaining restoration work.
