Upon arriving at Matteo’s home, PDQ Restoration assessed the damage and set up a containment barrier around the kitchen to isolate the moisture and expedite drying. Industrial fans and dehumidifiers were strategically placed within the containment area to thoroughly remove all traces of moisture. Damaged sections were removed as needed to ensure complete drying, preventing any future mold growth.

The entire job took four days to complete, with Matteo’s insurance covering most of the costs, leaving him responsible only for the deductible. Thanks to PDQ’s quick action, Matteo’s kitchen was fully dried, and the risk of further water damage was eliminated.
