Why did the customer contact us?
Customer's Toilet supply line broke and flooded 3 plus rooms in the basement. Their plumber quickly reached out to PDQ to help. We were onsite in 1.5 hours.
Solutions provided:
PDQ quickly arrived on site and extracted the standing water. Affected wet drywall was removed, baseboards were also removed. The contents were protected and containment was set up. Dehumidification, air scrubbers and air movers were set up to dry the remaining structure. It took 5 days to reach the properties dry standard.
