Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had a soft clog in their sewer line and that back the sewage up and it overflowed in the basement. Their insurance agent referred PDQ.
Solutions provided:
PDQ immediately set up containment to isolate the contaminated area from the rest of the property. The salvageable contents were cleaned and boxed and moved to a unaffected area. The affected carpet and padding as well as drywall was removed. The remaining structure was cleaned and sanitized. Hydroxyl generators were used to help deodorize and sanitize the air.
