Customer work up to no hot water and found that their water heater burst in the middle of the night. It wet the entire basement. They were referred to PDQ by a neighbor.

PDQ technicians arrived on site within 1 hour and immediately began extracting the water. They addressed the contents and then proceeded to the carpeting and drywall. PDQ was able to successfully dry the carpeting and walls without having to remove them, therefore saving a lot of money. The project took 4 days to reach the dry standards.
