Job completed for Ethan W. - Chester, NJ

Completion date: January 10, 2024

Location: Chester, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

Ethan experienced a water loss in his home. The loss occurred in his basement due to a washing machine overflowing. This caused water damage throughout the entirety of the basement. Ethan needed the water removed and anything that was effected to be dried.

Solutions provided:

PDQ took photo documentation of the source. Then they extracted all standing water and began to open up some of the walls to allow for a more complete drying process. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up to bring the moisture levels back down to normal. After, all affected surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and antimicrobial was sprayed to help prevent the possibility of mold growing in the future.
