Why did the customer contact us?
Zoe contacted PDQ to deal with a fire that had occurred in her home. It had started due to an electrical fire in her basement. While the fire was not huge, it did cause lots of smoke and soot to be spread throughout her home.
Solutions provided:
After extensive documentation, PDQ began the cleanup process. All rooms were extensively wiped and cleaned as well as the contents in them. All traces of soot were eliminated. Hydroxyls were placed on each floor to get rid of the soot smell.
