Harper experienced a fire loss in her finished basement. It happened because of a microwave fire in the basement kitchenette. This had caused significant fire damage to her home.
Solutions provided:
PDQ documented all areas of the house and the source. A team was brought in to discard any items that were no longer salvageable. Other items were cleaned in place and boxed. The team then began using a top down approach to clean the home leaving no trace of soot behind. A hydroxyl was placed to get ride of the odor from the smoke and soot.
