Why did the customer contact us?
Abbey contacted PDQ due to a water loss that had occurred in her basement. The water loss was due to a broken pipe in the ceiling of the basement. Flooring and walls were damaged as a result. She needed this problem addressed immediately before any mold would start to grow.
Solutions provided:
PDQ came in with two technicians and setup containment as needed in the basement. Water was extracted from the carpets and carpets were disengaged at the ends to allow fans to blow and dry from underneath it. All surfaces were sanitized and antimicrobial was sprayed down. The proper drying equipment was setup such as fans and dehumidifiers. At the end another cleaning was performed, equipment was removed, and containment was cleaned up.
