Why did the customer contact us?
Nate reached out to PDQ Restoration due to a toilet overflow in his bathroom that happened because of a plumbing error. The bathroom had suffered from water damage as did some other rooms in the house as the water seeped through the floor and into the basement/utility room.
Solutions provided:
PDQ came in and had a plumber fix the plumbing so no more water would be leaking. The wet flooring in the bathroom was removed. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up to create a drying chamber in both the bathroom and the basement/utility room.
