Chase experienced a water loss in his kitchen. The water loss was due to a leaky pipe in the ceiling. He needed this problem to be fixed.

Solutions provided:

PDQ removed all standing water from the kitchen. The leaky pipe was fixed by a plumber. Demolition began on parts of the wall and ceiling that were affected. All debris was thrown away and vacuumed. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up along with containment in the kitchen to turn it into a drying chamber.
