Jennifer experienced a water loss in her basement due to her water heater leaking. This leak went unnoticed for a few days and accumulated a significant amount of water. She had both wet concrete flooring and wet carpet.
Solutions provided:
PDQ came in and addressed the problem at the source. A plumber was called in to fix the leak in the water heater. PDQ extracted all water in the basement and used an antimicrobial spray to prevent any mold growth. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up to bring the moisture levels down.
