Why did the customer contact us?
Kim contacted PDQ due to a toilet overflow in her bathroom. The water from the bathroom went through the floor and into the basement. Water damage had affected the bathroom, basement, and a few other rooms.
Solutions provided:
PDQ came in and provided immediate assistance. The toilet issue was quickly resolved and all standing water in the bathroom was removed. The affected contents in the basement were either cleaned or removed. Fans were set up along with dehumidifiers and the house was brought back to its original condition.
