Why did the customer contact us?

Daniel contacted PDQ Restoration due to a sewage backup in his basement. It got all over the basement floor and was causing a very strong unpleasant odor.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in and extracted all standing sewage. After this, they sprayed water all over the floor and then extracted that water, and repeated that process until the water came up clean. All affected surfaces were sanitized and a hydroxyl unit was placed to eliminate any remaining odor.
