Why did the customer contact us?
The customer reached out due to a clogged pipe in the basement. Sewage had gotten all over the basement floor. The basement was wet and had a powerful odor.
Solutions provided:
PDQ came in and extracted all sewage, and put down water to clean, sanitize, and dry the basement floor and surrounding walls. A plumber was hired to come in and fix and seal the clogged pipe. Hydroxyl was placed in basement to help remove odor.
