Why did the customer contact us?

We received a call regarding a burst pipe. It was a pipe that ran over the kitchen, flooding the kitchen area and overflowing into the living room. Some water also went through the kitchen floor and into the basement. They were in need of immediate assistance.

Solutions provided:

PDQ arrived on the scene about an hour after the call came in. All of the standing water was removed and PDQ extracted water from the living room carpet. The basement was inspected and water was extracted from that carpet as well. Contents were collected, boxed, and labeled. PDQ put in place several dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and fans.
