The Customer from Chatham, NJ called when Flood Damage occurred from a burst pipe in the utility room. The homeowner thought it was taken care of once the water dried out but then they smelled mildew and they feared mold was developing.
Flood damage had also occurred across the entire finished and unfinished parts of the basement, buckling the floors and saturating the walls.
Solutions provided:
Removed all water-damaged content from affected rooms at the home in Chatham, New Jersey. Removed all baseboards and damaged drywall areas. Removed all insulation and scrubbed all exposed studs with antimicrobial. Used HEPA vacuums all throughout affected areas.
Wiped and sanitized all tile floors and added drying equipment until moisture readings were at pre-damage levels.
