When we arrived in Mount Olive, New Jersey, we assessed the damage. We packed up all the unaffected contents and moved them to an unaffected area for storage.
The customer was in a hurry to get the job completed before family would be in town for the holidays, thankfully we completed the job in just 4 days.
We removed the sewage and all damaged material. We dried out the area, used humidifiers, and air scrubbers. We also had an ozone generator and hydroxyl generator set up to remove odor and airborne particles.
The customer was thrilled, that we could work with and bill their insurance company, USAA directly.
She did not have to pay out-of-pocket for more than her deductible.
