Why did the customer contact us?
The Homeowner from Kinnelon, NJ called us for a 3rd time. This time they had water coming in through the walls in basement. The HO asked us to do the dryout and then they would contact a waterpoofing company.

Our Team arrived at the home in Kinnelon, New Jersey and went over the full scope of work with the Homeowners.
They installed a dehumidifier and an air scrubber in each area; Garage and basement room.
The Team Began popping off the base molding because the flooring was wet underneath. All molding was saved and put in the drying chamber of the basement. They tore up the new flooring & padding, they just put down from the last water damage.
All contents were pushed together and wrapped in plastic, as well as the TV and bookshelf. They added four air movers into the basement to dry. They put three air movers in the basement room to help dry out. The carpet was moved from the basement into the garage. All the affected materials were disposed.
