When our Project Managers arrived at the home in Andover, New Jersey, they assessed the damages along with the Homeowners. They discussed the plan of remediation and explained to the Homeowners that we could work and bill their insurance company, Philadelphia insurance, directly.
Our Team immediately placed HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin soot and odor mitigation throughout the home. We scheduled HVAC air duct sanitation for soot and odor. We replaced all air filters in the HVAC systems.
