The Client from Hopatcong, NJ was referred to us from a friend. They had a leak from their refrigerator ice maker water line and water leaked into their first floor bathroom.

When our Team arrived to the home in Hopatcong, New Jersey, they assessed the damages along with the Homeowners. They discussed in details the plan of remediation. The Homeowner's were pleased to learn we could work and bill their insurance company, Encompass, directly.
Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.
We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The Homeowners were happy that it only took 4 days for their house to dry-out.
