When we arrived in Chester, New Jersey, we assessed the damage with the homeowner.
An overflow sink caused water damage to the laundry room and garage. There were 3 layers of flooring in the laundry room which trapped moisture, we advised the Adjuster and removed all layers of flooring. Due to the documented elevated moisture readings, structural drying services were provided. Proper containment and air scrubber(s) were used.
The customer was pleased to learn that we could work with his adjuster and bill his insurance company, NJ Manufacturers, directly. The house was dried out in 6 days!
