Sussex, New Jersey can be found in Sussex County. The population of the borough is currently 2130. The population has been declining since 1990. The borough was incorporated into the New Jersey system in 1891. Both the borough Sussex, and the county Sussex were named after the historic county of Sussex in England. Our Project Managers arrived within 60 minutes of the Homeowners call. We assessed the damages along with the Homeowners. The visibly upset Homeowner was calmed after we explained our detailed plan of remediation, how we would work and bill their insurance company, directly. And that we have a NO SMOKE ODOR GUARANTEE. Our Team started by bringing in our portable generators to set up hydroxyls, air filters, air scrubbers and air movers throughout the home to remove the soot and odors. When the electrical box was up to code, we hooked up the portable generator to give the house power. Our Team removed the affected materials and cleaned the structure.

Our Project Managers arrived within 60 minutes of their call. They inspected the damage, took moisture readings, and determined the best solution to remediate the damage in their home. Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, hydroxyls and drying mats for the hardwood floors. They sealed off the affected areas. They removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials. We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The homeowners were extremely grateful how our Team handled their urgency and the service that PDQ Restoration provided.
