More About Budd Lake

Budd Lake, NJ is a small town located in Morris County that was originally named "Hatacawanna Lake" in its early years. Budd Lake, which the town is named after, is a glacial lake surrounded by marshy areas and was originally named after John Budd. This is a common area for fishing and boating, however is not permitted for swimming. History settles in the Seward Mansion, now a museum in Budd Lake to commemorate William Henry Seward and his achievements. I had a cooking fire that covered my whole kitchen in black hard to clean soot. PDQ stopped by to see how they could help and I am glad they did! They walked me through the insurance process and showed me how the soot was even farther than I imagined. Pretty gross and overwhelming at first. VERY glad I used PDQ to clean up this mess!

When we arrived, we assessed the damage. We packed up all the unaffected contents and moved them to an unaffected area for storage. We removed the sewage and any damaged material. We dried out the area, used humidifiers, air scrubbers. We also had an ozone generator and hydroxyl generator set up to remove odor and airborne particles. The customer was thrilled, that we could work with and bill their insurance company, USAA directly. She did not have to pay out-of-pocket for more than her deductible.
