We had a soot problem over the weekend during a snowstorm and PDQ came in, Elizabeth & Timmy made us feel very comfortable since it was so overwhelming for us. They did a wonderful job, and I am just so pleased with them all & would recommend them to anyone.

PDQ is by far the best company, I would recommend them to my friends & family. I had a leak in my basement and they came in and conquered. I suggest everyone use PDQ!

Water Damage Parsippany NJ - PDQ Restoration

Our water heater flooded the basement and our insurance agent recommended PDQ to come out and help. They were here within 1 hour and were wonderful.

Comment: If it was possible provide a rating higher than 5 I would certainly have done that with PDQ. The team was simply extraordinary at an incredibly stressful time. We experienced a flood in a kitchen and basement in a home in a historic district. The PDQ team was on site 30 minutes after I called the office. David, our Project Manager, was clear, thorough, and compassionate. He worked seamlessly with our insurance company and kept us in the loop at each turn. The team called every morning to ensure that we were ready to receive them and to let us know their time of arrival. They outlined the scope of work everyday, walked us through what was accomplished at the end of each day, and cleaned up exceptionally well. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone experiencing damage to a home or business.
