Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. A sudden rain storm caused water to enter through the roof of their home damaging the second and first floor bathrooms. The Client was relieved to learn we could work and bill their insurance company, Homesite/Geico directly.

Solutions provided:

We arrived within 60 minutes of the Client's call. We assessed the damage along with the homeowners. We took moisture readings and determined the best solution to remediate the damage in their home.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home. Our team bagged and removed the unsalvageable materials. The homeowner was extremely grateful for the urgency and service that PDQ Restoration was able to provide.
